PEGLOBAL ARE LOOKING FOR A MARKETING EXECUTIVE FOR OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT BASED IN THE GREATER LONDON AREA.

BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION

In this role as Marketing Executive you will support the delivery of pan-EMEA marketing campaigns and programs as well as pan-EMEA events that are owned and managed by the Senior Marketing Manager or Campaign Manager. In this function you will be involved in a number of projects and will be working closely with the EMEA B2B Direct team as well as with the regional EMEA marketing team.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS

- Project owner of all webinars including planning, coordination of speakers, creation of invitations, promotion, evaluations, reporting, reviewing areas for improvement, etc
- Supporting the campaign team by reviewing all available relevant assets from corporate and providing recommendations on which assets to use in campaigns
- Responsible for uploading and organizing all campaign content on central portals (Sharepoint/Smartsheet etc)
- Managing translations (incl. proof reading where needed) for all campaigns and programs managed by the EMEA B2B Direct team, working with external translations agency
- Assisting with digital campaigns, creating campaign codes and working with external digital comms agency and campaign manager on execution
- Managing campaign lead uploads, reporting and monitoring results
- Supporting major pan-EMEA events and roadshows, working with external agencies/events organisations and internal stakeholders, assisting with internal communications, coordination of internal requests and logistics
- Owner of the consolidated EMEA marketing plan - to be updated every second week
- Act as a supporting function to the regional marketing team and be a point of contact for ad hoc requests (ie access to the most recent design files for signage, help to secure executive speakers, latest campaign assets, etc)
- Coordinating production of items like signage, giveaways, etc for the marketing team across the EMEA region
- Creating POs, monitoring delivery and payments

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- At least 5 years' experience in B2B marketing preferably within the technology industry
- Experience at working on a Pan-European/EMEA level a bonus
- Advanced PC applications knowledge - MS Office especially Excel, Outlook, Eloqua or similar
- Excellent English written and oral communications
- Very well organized, with a structured approach to managing all tasks
- A team player with excellent influencing skills
- Flexible and adaptable with an enthusiastic approach
- Used to working in a fast changing environment and able to work well under pressure
