Marketing Executive

My client requires a strong Marketing professional to work within their Marketing EMEA team which is responsible for the creation, management and execution of the overall marketing strategy for Asset Servicing, EMEA. Although this sits within EMEA, this will be a global focused role.

This marketing role will be charged with supporting the Marketing Manager on segment marketing approach delivering better synergies and best practice across the organisation and maximise the ROI from marketing investment. You will have broad marketing experience that will include delivery and most importantly measurement of campaigns.

You will have experience of direct marketing, database management, advertising, PR as well as having excellent commercial awareness and an ability to manage a multitude of very different stakeholders.

In addition to the core competencies of Communication Skills, Decision-making and Accountability, Flexibility and Adaptability and Managing Risk the associate should have:

Professional qualification in marketing or communication. Extensive experience in a senior/management level marketing role, marketing to business-to-business. Excellent leadership, influencing and negotiating skills. Client focus, pro-active thinking and anticipating.

Exceptional interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills are also essential. Be a strong leader, a self-starter, deadline driven, ambitious, and keen to drive a business forward through taking full control.

You will have experience of direct marketing, database management, advertising, PR as well as having excellent commercial awareness and an ability to manage a multitude of very different stakeholders.

In addition to the core competencies of Communication Skills, Decision-making and Accountability, Flexibility and Adaptability and Managing Risk the associate should have:

* A strong working knowledge in regularly using online marketing disciplines, in particular SEO
* Marketing Planning and Project Planning expertise
* Experience writing copy and web content
* Some knowledge, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Suite
* A Strong attention to detail
* The ability to take ownership and responsibility
* Relevant qualification equivalent to degree level
* Experience in the Financial Services sector

Ideally you will have done a similar role at a Bank or Asset Manager
