Marketing Executive

Marketing Development Manager and Marketing Service Manager needed!

MY CLIENT, A LEADING DEFENCE ORGANISATION BASED IN FARNBOROUGH IS URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED MARKETING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AND MARKETING SERVICE MANAGER TO JOIN THEIR BUSY TEAM.PREVIOUS SENIOR LEVEL MARKETING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED ALONG WITH EXPERIENCE OF BUDGET AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT.

MARKETING REQUIREMENTS:

- Deliver and influence the quality of outputs from the overall corporate marketing strategy
- To support the business sectors with the execution of marketing strategies, support corporate marketing and liaise with overseas operations on marketing activity
- To develop positive working relationships with key stakeholder groups (internal and external) to encourage sharing of information and resources
- Mentor relevant business/marketing representatives to develop a best practice approach to delivering corporate marketing services throughout the organisation

KEY TASKS

- Work with key stakeholders to develop key messages, branding and positioning for new products and services
- Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns from conception to post campaign measurement and reporting.
- Produce integrated marketing campaigns using traditional, print, digital and social media
- Develop strategic content for thought leadership initiatives
- Working across multiple geographies and teams to ensure proper promotion, integration and implementation of corporate marketing initiatives
- Copywriting/proofreading and editing content for marketing collateral
- Provide input to financial decision making and budget management
- Provide general support within the Marcomms team as required
