Our client is a top global business school, currently ranked by the Financial Times as the number one business school in the world. They are now seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and highlighting trends which can be used to inform key business decisions.

Reporting to the Head of CRM Planning and the Relationship Marketing Manager, you will develop end-to-end campaign tracking and reporting capabilities for on and offline campaigns. You will produce and refine the monthly marketing and communications departmental report and support the marketing team in tracking the effectiveness of campaigns.

Your other duties will include:
- Segmenting the customer base on key variables such as frequency, value, industry and job function
- Identifying trends, competitive advantages and/or shortcomings which can be exploited
- Performing statistical analysis and data extraction for campaigns and management reporting
- Providing competitor monitoring and in-depth marketing analysis

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience as an analyst
- A solid working knowledge of Google Analytics, web trends and Radian6
- A strong knowledge of online e-marketing principles such as SEO, PPC and affiliate marketing

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate high level concepts into effective processes. Good planning, influencing and communication skills are key.
