Marketing Data Analyst - Bristol

Based in Bristol an experienced Marketing Data Selections Analyst is required on a contract basis to work within the Customer Insight function of a large bank. This function provides a centre of excellence for marketing and analysis across the company and provides highly actionable customer insight and marketing expertise to drive competitive advantage.

You would be required to work closely with the Credit Card Products, Customer Value Strategy and Insight teams and you would be responsible for developing and managing the delivery of customer interactions via Direct Mail, Email, SMS and Lead channels.

This is not a pure BA or technical role, experience of marketing campaigns or marketing activities involving (customer) data or databases is critical. Some Analytical skills are required.

Using Teradata's "Aprimo Relationship Manager" software you will be required to build, design & test campaigns data sets to the specification of a Campaign Brief.

Other key skills required are strong attention to detail and the ability to liaise with stakeholders when dealing with campaign set up, test issues and queries. This is an operational role and previous experience of such an environment where attention to detail is important is crucial.

Some travel to Cardiff maybe required.
