Marketing & Customer Relations Officer

Elsa Neary is a sole trader who works with companies across England and Wales to help and support them to develop their business through Sales and Marketing.

This is an exciting project for a second / third year student or a graduate to work part time with a sole trader based in Llangollen. The project will allow you to use and develop your skills in marketing / customer focus and customer relations management (CRM).

For this role you will have a hands on approach to assisting in various areas of this small company some tasks will be:
Telemarketing
Lead Generation
Appointment setting
Seminar Exhibitions
Customer & Market Research
Customer database

You will have an opportunity to develop the role which will enhance the existence of the business, whilst exploring areas of growth such as attending Networking groups, creating databases for customers.

Essential Requirements :
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office mainly word, excel. Have a good customer relations management skills (CRM). Be confident in communicating on phone and face to face.

Desirable Requirements :
Welsh language desirable but not essential.
