MARKETING COORDINATOR III needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:

- The CX team is located in a building with an open environment.
- We're a small integrated team of researchers, industrial and UX designers, and design strategists.
- We work together to shape and build Customer Experiences that add value to therapies in partnership with cross functional teams.
- Facilitate organization and planning of tasks, scheduling of meetings, and execution of complex projects.
- Liaison for Customer experience to company stakeholders to global vendor partners.
- Produce presentation decks, concepts, and communication vehicles.
- Multitask and prioritize between complex, large projects.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Master's degree and two (2) years of directly related experience OR
- Bachelor's degree and/or four (4) years of directly related experience OR
- Associate's degree and six (6) years of directly related experience OR
- High school diploma/GED and eight (8) years of directly related experience.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

- Proactive communication and experience working closely with people who possess diverse skills and working styles.
- Demonstrate exemplary organizational and planning skills, and can multitask effectively.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills with experience from a design perspective.
- Prefer basic Photoshop/Illustrator/PowerPoint editing skills for preparation of images for presentation decks.
- Experience with vendor management and working with global partners.
- Displays consistent flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness, and ability to identify, assess and resolve complex business problems/issues/risks.
- Have a passion and intuition for bringing order to chaos.
- Professionalism while working with internal and external stake holders.
- Have a "can-do" attitude that inspires the team, and has a strong interest in design.
