Marketing Coordinator II Job

MARKETING COORDINATOR II needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Assist with the budgeting process, such as helping to collect estimates, request purchase orders, and track invoices
- Manage campaign timelines and budgets
- Review materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to editorial style and standard language guidelines
- Responsible for executing promotional multi-channel marketing tactics designed to reach healthcare professionals, including the managing project timelines.
- Ad hoc support for other marketing projects to be assigned as needed.
- Execute on digital and traditional media campaign tactics such as online and print advertising, direct mail, email, video programs, website updates, and search engine marketing
- Track all Material and Compliance (MAC) submissions from Concept Review to Regulatory Release, ensuring compliance

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Work effectively with vendors and other functions to support promotional efforts
- Model a strong work ethic and act with urgency to get things done
- Drive agendas with persistency and demonstrate reliability and follow up; deliver on commitments
- Ability to learn and navigate numerous marketing channels, such as search, online banner advertising, video, websites, and more
- Ability to learn and navigate the legal and regulatory environment governing to ensure all tactics and communications comply with Company processes and procedures as well as other regulatory requirements

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

- Business experience preferably in a marketing environment
- Advertising agency account management, marketing, or project tracking experience preferred
- Work effectively in a team environment by effectively applying team processes and techniques
