Marketing Coordinator II Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for MARKETING COORDINATOR II to join our client in Thousand Oaks, CA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for executing promotional multi-channel marketing tactics designed to reach healthcare professionals, including product label updates.
- Assist with the budgeting process, such as helping to collect estimates, request purchase orders, and track invoices.
- Ad hoc support for other marketing projects to be assigned as needed.
- Execute on digital and traditional media campaign tactics such as online and print advertising, direct mail, email, video programs, website updates, and search engine marketing
- Manage campaign timelines and budgets Track all Material and Compliance (MAC) submissions from Concept Review to Regulatory Release, ensuring compliance.
- Review materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to editorial style and standard language guidelines.
- Business experience preferably in a marketing environment

Job Qualifications:
- Advertising agency account management, marketing, or project tracking experience preferred
- Work effectively in a team environment by effectively applying team processes and techniques
- Work effectively with vendors and other functions to support promotional efforts
- Model a strong work ethic and act with urgency to get things done
- Drive agendas with persistency and demonstrate reliability and follow up; deliver on commitments
- Ability to learn and navigate numerous marketing channels, such as search, online banner advertising, video, websites, and more
- Ability to learn and navigate the legal and regulatory environment governing our client
- Apply knowledge of product label to ensure all tactics and communications comply with our client's processes and procedures as well as other regulatory requirements
