Marketing Consultant - NICE Actimize - London - Contract

Actimize is currently seeking a CONTRACT MARKETING ASSOCIATE with good organizational and communication skills as well as effective prioritization capabilities. The Marketing Associate will work in support of the team's objectives by managing the various day-to-day activities required to efficiently execute highly effective marketing and communications programs. We are seeking a candidate that thrives in a fast paced and dynamic organization, embraces a strong attitude of TEAM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct research in support of defined marketing objectives.
- Provide preparation and execution support for marketing trade shows and events.
- Interface with external vendors and suppliers to ensure on time delivery of materials.
- Supervise the final proofing, production and distribution of marketing collateral.
- Maintain and build prospect/lead database and manage list segmentation for events.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post campaign analysis reports.
- Manage European Marketing calendar and coordination with all related parties.
- Manage all purchasing and legal processes related to marketing campaign execution.
- Perform other marketing related activities, as required.

REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

- Highly energetic and motivated, self-starter with a sound understanding of marketing principles.
- Highly attentive to detail.
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced and proven organizational and project management skills.
- Advanced MS Office capabilities.
- 2-5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Experience with tradeshow planning and execution.
- Solid writing and editing skills, with a strong eye for detail.
