MARKETING CONSULTANT/CAMPAIGN MANAGER : CRM/LOYALTY CARDS/EPAYMENT : OIL AND GAS CO.

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Consultant/Campaign Manager to monitor and manage their Coupon at Till campaigns that are going to start in the UK from July/August.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Liaise and work with Loyalty, CR and Fuels in formulation of offers for working through strategy, timings and delivery.
- Set up the offers with Valassis (Promohub), LCMS and technology provider.
- Retailer and Regional (TM) communications and updates on vouchers, timings, stock ordering, reimbursement etc.
- Analysis of voucher performance and MI to local business and COE.
- Showing performance in line with expected C2 uplift for CR and Fuels.
- Provide strategic updates and recommendations for future voucher offers and targeting based on insight.
- Ensure redemption system is accurate and working to established timelines.
- Identify trends for action ie sites where there are no voucher redemptions/high voucher redemptions for coaching and fraud checks alerting the relevant teams.
- Utilise VOC to identify sites with customer complaints with the system to coach the TMs and retailers into improving operational excellence.
- Utilise VOC feedback to help refine offers based on customer feedback and verbatim.
- Help facilitate functionality into the local market so ownership can be taken by the three function areas once fully deployed, write utilisation guide/support documents as needed.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
