Marketing Communications Manager x 2 (Leading B2B Solutions) - 12 month contract

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager x 2 to manage the overall Marcomms strategy for all existing and new customers (1 role for each) using customer data and segmentation for all customer segments for my global media, B2B information services, content, legal and publishing client based in Central London.

The successful Marketing Communications Manager is likely to have experience in at least one of the following: Lead Generation, Driving Trial Conversion, Product Adoption, Customer Loyalty, NPS/Net Promoter Score, Driving New Business and Cross Sell Leads.

Experience of B2B Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Information Services, Content, Legal Software, Law Firm, HR Solutions, Professional Services, Payroll Services and/or CRM Solutions background would be of interest but by no means essential.

As a Marketing Communications Manager you will work with agencies and internal teams to deliver marketing activities, increase levels of ROI, be able to manage and coordinate large groups of people and have a good understanding of social media, events, web/online and email marketing activities. These are new roles so the ability to setup, define and implement new programmes is important.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER ARE:

- Strong Marcomms management experience (project management/people management)
- Strong experience of product launches and customer relationship management
- Ability to develop and carry out B2B marketing campaigns and gather ROI
- Good knowledge of social media and online activities as well as external agency management and selection

Any experience in Media, Publishing, B2B Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Information Services, Content, Legal Software, Law Firm, HR Solutions, Professional Services, Payroll Services and/or CRM Solutions would be of interest but not essential.
