WHAT YOU'LL BE Doing:
- The position will be directly involved in the development of Best-in-Class Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) creative execution for a residential entertainment service.
- Reporting to the Director this position will partner with key business leads and cross-functional partners across regional marketing functions to ensure the amplification of the Core Creative ideas across all the amplification of the Core Creative Idea across all relevant consumer connection points.
- Manage projects and processes including budgets and timelines, legal reviews, creative approvals and individual creative assignments
- Write creative briefs that clearly articulate communication objective and success criteria in order to inform and direct agency work and creative development
- Ensure creative excellence across all campaign tactics including but not limited to broadcast, radio, digital, print and out-of-home
- Coordinate with Media team to ensure materials are trafficked appropriately
- Prepare and distribute written message guidelines detailing the appropriate "do's and don'ts" in order to gain consistent messaging across all internal and field communications.
- Review creative across internal and Division teams to ensure message consistency and accuracy of claims.
- Identify the needs and business objectives from the Go-to-Market Plan in order to provide communications to meet units' business needs
- Manage budget related activities included POs and budget management
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Candidate must possess strong accountability and resolution, great attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a strategic marketing communications foundation that ensures insight, consistency and clarity of messaging across campaign tactics and understanding of brand centric creative requirements to insure high performing creative output.
- Planning and organizing, working within a team, managing agencies partners and creative/strategic acumen.
- Marketing experience a must, advertising agency experience preferred.
