Marketing Communications Manager 50%

For a 1 month project at 50%, with our medical device client in Solothurn, we are looking ASAP for a Marketing Communications Manager.

Your responsibilities:
As a Marketing Communications Expert, you lead the process of developing sales and marketing communication material in close collaboration with EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Business Unit Marketing and other stakeholders. Integrated Marketing is key: actively interacting and connecting with all marketing stakeholders across all channels to ensure a consistent customer experience. Responsible to ensure that all marketing communication efforts meet the needs of the business and are aligned with the DePuy Synthes brand.

Your role as a project manager includes:
* Customer care and service: contact, support, advice and collaboration with internal customers and stakeholders
* Print and digital concepts
* Idea evaluation
* Managing product or solution related communication in all media (eg print, Internet, mobile applications, multimedia applications, 3D/CGI and animations)
* May have a special role in publishing digital channels
* Resource and time planning, including process and budget control
* Coordination of stakeholders/vendors ( both internal and external)
* Language Management: manage or coordinate editing, translation quality assurance through process control (managing translation agency/validation with affiliate), proof reading in selected languages, consulting with respect to language issues and communication concepts
* Quality management, compliance and management of copy/approval: ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies and procedures
* Control versions, manage updates

Your profile:

For this exciting role we are looking for a communicative, analytical thinker, who is also a creative and reliable individual with an efficient, accurate and result-oriented way of working. You must have an excellent command of spoken and written German and English. Other languages are advantageous. As well as a qualification in marketing and/or communication sciences or humanities, and a reliable sense of linguistic style, you should have experience in marketing communications and project management ideally with an agency or consumer marketing background. Furthermore, an interest in medical technology and technical environments, and proficiency with the standard PC software complete your profile
