Marketing/Communication Specialist Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST to join our client in BREA, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supports coordinating and executing of communications projects. The incumbent may assist in designing, writing and/or producing collateral materials.
- Taking brochures and specs sheets which need to be updated by taking the old content, working with internal designers, and routing it through Regulatory and Quality for review.
- Apply new brand which was introduced earlier this year.
- Project management emphasis.
- Copywriting.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):

- Professional field of theoretical expertise normally acquired through a relevant baccalaureate college degree or four (4) years of equivalent relevant experience in Marketing, Communications or other relevant fields.
- Experience specifically in Marketing Communications
- not strategy or product marketing.
- Project Management skills
- handling multiple projects at once.
- Copywriting experience.
- Concentrates on key objectives despite distractions.
- Streamlines processes and eliminates roadblocks.
- Identifies and focuses on critical deliverables and high priority assignments.
- Gathers and develops understanding of information and ideas within the company using courtesy, tact and correct grammar.
- Discusses and presents subjects in a tactful manner.
- Communicates accurately with internal and external contacts.
- Works reliably with team members to resolve problems and achieve goals.
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of general business functions and their impact on the business.
