MARKETING CHANGE MANAGEMENT ANALYST

The Marketing Change Management Analyst will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives are met through platform adoption and usage. The focus will be on business processes changes between the current platform and the new platform. The primary responsibility includes the implementation of a change management plan that maximizes employee adoption and usage and minimizes resistance to enable the achievement of business objectives/results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing change and transformation on a global scale
Implementation of the change management strategy and Communications/Training plan
Drive 100% adoption in region with Stakeholders and users
Lead key regional Change meetings with stakeholder teams and SMEs as required
Develop and document AS IS processes and workflows
Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the new platform and train end users
Identification and management of anticipated resistance
Support the design and delivery of training to end users
Develop regional CM communications, training and presentation materials
Schedule training for regional users
Provide CM status reports to the PMO, Project manager and Project team

OTHER KEY ACTIVITIES NEEDED TO SUPPORT THE CHANGE AND IMPLEMENTATION EFFORT:

Performs Stakeholder Management activities to identify Stakeholder concerns and issues with solutions being developed.
Monitors stakeholder acceptance/rejection of solutions being developed.
Crafts and controls key communications and messages about the implementation effort.
Identifies opportunities to win acceptance of solutions being developed by those who are impacted.
Identifies channels for communications and builds the overall communications plan.
Develops a Resistance Management Plan to provide strategies for dealing with rejection or resistance to solutions being developed.
Ensures appropriate levels of the organization are involved and demonstrating active commitment and leadership to the solutions being developed.
Coaching senior management and other key personnel to help them walk the talk and demonstrate commitment to the PRMT solution.

REQUIREMENTS

7-10 years working experience
Asset to have another language (German, French, Spanish, etc.)
Communications, training and/or Change management experience
Experience working on a global team and/or system implementation
Familiarity with Prosci - ADKAR or Kotter is an advantage
