Are you a consumer focussed Marketing Campaign Manager (Retention/CRM) with a desire to work on high profile offerings with the UK's leading mobile brand?

hyphen recruitment, on behalf of a household name business, named in the top 25 large organisations to work for, are recruiting a Marketing Campaign Manager to support with delivery of all activity within the Direct Contact Plan and ensure that the operational performance of this activity is optimised.

Key responsibilities:
Lead on all aspects of campaign management from initial design through to final customer interaction.
Support Planning Managers in ensuring campaign design reflects overall strategic objectives, targets and budget allocation.
Be single point of contact for all stakeholder teams throughout the life of each campaign.
Ensure campaigns are always based on Insight from previous activity or Insight forecasts that enable us to optimise commercial performance and learnings for future activities.
Ensure campaign channel selection is based on optimising customer engagement and relevance.
Accountable for creation and management of Activity Brief for all campaigns.
Responsible for managing kick-off of all activities
Effective and consistent design & delivery of milestone plans

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) with opportunities to continue as a permanent role for the right person.
