MARKETING/BRAND PRESENTATION MANAGER needed for a ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's Bio/Life Science client located in UTC area of San Diego, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE:

- The Business Improvement Manager will be responsible for driving PowerPoint and keynote presentation improvement initiatives, business processes, and governance which results in high-quality customer-facing presentations that enhance our company's brand, improves efficiencies, and ensures company and product messaging consistency.

- Excellence in PowerPoint and keynote presentations
- Cross-functional corporate marketing experience, B2B background preferred

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Marketing Presentation Manager Defines and rolls out PowerPoint and Keynote presentation standards that uphold brand standards while being effective, dynamic and well thought out and can used across a broad range of outputs (on-screen, iPad, print).
- Marketing Presentation Manager Partners with brand and creative communication, marketing, and other internal groups to establish process for effectively creating high quality presentation materials.
- Drives business processes to improve resource management and reviews and approvals.
- Scopes, implements and manages a centralized PPT slide library
- Establishes and leads PPT presentation training and on-boarding for all new employees
- Marketing Presentation Manager Identifies internal and external resources to support increasing demands as the company scales up and to support work during busy peak periods.
- Working closely with project management, manage the day-to-day presentation development process and workflow.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining approach for driving consistency of company branding and message(s) Maintain documentation of best practices, presentation standards and pool of creative benchmarks Implement innovative presentation strategies, process improvements and new technologies Think strategically, holistically and analytically Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum five (5) years of cross-functional corporate marketing experience, B2B background preferred.
- Proven experience leading and driving implementation of marketing process improvement initiatives in a corporate environment Experience identifying and managing internal and external marketing resources Demonstrated ability to lead and drive effective cross-functional efforts.
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to move quickly and respond dynamically Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Ability to facilitate and communicate at all levels of the organization Excellent project management skills and familiarity with automated project management tools preferred.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and keynote presentation development tools, and multimedia software a plus
