We are currently hiring a Marketing Assistant/Pricing Manager for our Pharma client in Switzerland.

The company offers a the opportunity to work closely with various departments in the field of Oncology, and Biosimilars, which is definitely a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in the field, and who wants to gain more experience in a company that is dominating the Market.

Located in the Canton of Zug, you will get the opportunity to work closely with other companies, and get the chance to expand your network, which will be an asset for your career.

The contract will lenght about 3 to 4 months depending on the project. The candidate needs previous 3/4 years previous experience in Oncology and/or Biosimilars has to speak German, French and English. Any additional language is also definitely a plus.

Competences

- Ensuring a clear price structure (in close cooperation with the National Sales Manager - NSM)
- Regular analysis & revision of the discount structure (in close cooperation with the NSM)
- Implementing price reductions
- For new launches, obtain all relevant data during marketing and update the conditions lists
- Implementation of material master changes to the defined conditions
- Planning and implementation of SFE projects
- Create and interpret national and regional reports
- Monthly update of sales and sales data
- Create calculation tables for key account management
- Preparation and calculation of the incentive plans
- Update of targeting and segmentation
- Creation of reports from the CRM system Xpris
- Creation of ad-hoc evaluations for the NSM & BU Head

Education:

- Completed commercial training, further education in the field of business administration and/or marketing is an advantage

Language:

- Mother tongue/fluent German, good French and English skills

Experience:

- 2-3 years experience in a comparable position
- Experience in the pharmaceutical field is an advantage
- Very good computer and MS Office skills - especially Excel and Powerpoint
- SAP/Business Warehouse knowledge is an advantage
- Strategic thinking & high affinity to numbers and analysis
- Exact, independent and self-responsible work
