Marketing Assistant Job

MARKETING ASSISTANT needed for CONTRACT position with Yoh's client located in Lancaster, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with order entry/data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assist in the development and execution of website content strategies that market new merchandise, industry specific promotions, and trade show or sales activity
- Manage paid search efforts based on data-driven insights to target specific customer segments and behavior
- Oversee affiliate marketing program based on data-driven insights to grow affiliate network, as well as individual affiliate traffic and sales
- Assist Marketing Manager with data retrieval, list creation, and report creation
- Help manage customer database maintenance and updates for optimization for future marketing programs
- Implement email marketing plan as well as design and schedules for Ribbon Resource
- Conduct market research and adjust marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Evaluate market trends through assessment of competitive products and marketing activities
- Support Marketing Manager in special projects and initiatives
- Lead Person for funneling website issues or upgrade requests to Web Master

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equal job experience required
- Microsoft Office skills: proficient in basic Excel (formatting, filtering, sorting data) and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to look at problems or projects from the perspective of the customers, competitors, coworkers and managers.
