MARKETING ASSISTANT is needed for a long term CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SPRING, TX

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong Marketing, Customer Interface
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong Marketing, Customer Interface
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Incoming calls requesting literature and samples
- Keep track of literature inventory
- Keep track of samples
- BMS giveaways (eg pens, pads, shirts, caps, etc.)
- Coordinate all Trade Shows
- Schedule particular events at Trade Shows
- Register for Trade Shows
- Oversee delivery (and return) of Trade Show booth
- Particular literature & samples
- Particular Trade Show shirts
- Register at hotel and secure rooms for attendee's
- Work with outside Marketing Consultants:
- Newsletter
- Project Sheets, Case Studies on demand
- Special projects
- Press Releases
- Leads data base
- Compile and follow up leads generated from mailers/trade shows, etc.
- Interface with Pittsburgh marketing staff
- Have legal approval on all publications
- Coordinate with Pittsburgh marketing team

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Marketing and trade show experience
- Customer Interface
- Strong computer skills to include
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook
