Marketing Assistant

Harvey Nash is looking for a Marketing Assistant for a 6 month project in Switzerland.

The candidate supports Team Channel Marketing on all marketing and services issues. He/she independently handles smaller projects and is responsible for payments process, as well as general administrative work.

You are responsible for:

. Processing of marketing expenditure
. Independent processing and responsibility for invoice controls
. Project organization and support in the production of promotional material
. Support for events (drafting of contracts and ordering of promotional material)
. Support for field-force issues relating to promotional activities
