Marketing Assistant

A dynamic marketing firm in Northampton are looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to cover a maternity leave contract for up to 12 months. This vibrant company is a leader in their field and has lovely offices situated in Weedon.

As Marketing Assistant, some of your main duties will include liaising and communicating with the Project Managers and Operational departments to ensure the smooth running of the receipt and distribution of client material through the warehousing function. You will provide quotations for campaign activity within agreed timescales and control all job relative paperwork, preparing final job bag, producing invoices in good time and updating the internal system with the relevant job details.

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional attention to detail, be smart and professional in appearance and manner at all times, with advanced skills in Excel and MS Word. You must be a team player and have good time-keeping and management skills as well as the ability to prioritise, plan and multi-task under pressure with flexibility and focus.
