This position supports the EMEA Communications Team at the EMEA Regional Headquarters in London.
The key responsibilities include the following:
- ADMINISTRATION: Manage distribution lists, document translations, project tracking and invoice processing
- INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS: Manage video shoots of senior management team, organise headshot photo shoots and maintain photo library, organise and provide support on webcasts as necessary, newsletter support--manage and edit writen and photo material
- INTERNAL STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS: Develop and send out e-mail announcements, as well as invites, to all EMEA staff from EMEA Communications
- INTRANET: Draft and edit news stories for the EMEA Intranet, utilise Photoshop to enhance/resize photos accompanying stories
- ADDITIONAL SUPPORT: Provide assistance on Tate Museum Sponsorship, Corporate Social Responsibility and All Blacks Rugby events as necessary
