Marketing Analyst Job

MARKETING ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Records and analyzes sales, marketing, and affiliate statistics
- Create and distribute weekly statistical and trend analysis to upper management
- Analyzes and forecasts traffic trends
- Consults on conversion improvement and website traffic
- Compiles and organizes advertising budget, spend, and performance
- Manages budget and ad placement for online marketing campaigns
- Serves as liaison between advertisers and digital marketing director
- Designs and manages analytics dashboard of key metrics and performance trends
- Conduct analysis and forecasts of trends and key drivers of performance in the online channels and communicates results/recommendations to management
- Organizes ad hoc reporting, research, and special projects when needed

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Advanced knowledge of business and web analytics, data mining and predictive modelling.
- Highly advanced with spreadsheets, formulas and data visualization.
- Seasoned in multiple regression, forecasting, cluster analysis and other classi cation methods. (Very Important)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
- Presentation expert with advanced communication skills.
- Passion for the online marketing space with a thorough understanding of marketing channels.
- Experience managing projects between IT, marketing, operations, and various developers.
