Projektbeschreibung

The purpose of this position is to facilitate the day-to-day administration of a client account and to manage internal communication between the key teams internally that supports client activity.

To provide superior service to the business by:

*Assisting other members of the team in providing support and information necessary in order to address briefs effectively.
*Assisting in making sure that deadlines are kept and budgets are met.
*Helping To monitor competitor activity, recording any research accordingly whilst constantly improving research skills.
*Coordinating Meetings and brainstorms and ensuring the team have all appropriate materials to hand.
*Preparing and issuing all relevant paperwork required to monitor the progress of work through the initiation, preparation and attendance of status and client meeting.
*Constantly driving new or improved ways of working and striving for continuous personal development.
*Developing a solid understanding of internal accounting and billing processes and procedures, raising PO's, completing timesheets
*Ensuring our T&C's are up to date and maintaining an up to date filing system.
*Other responsibilities as assigned.
