Marketing Administrator

Marketing Administrator - 4 month contract - £15,000-£18,000 per anum pro rata. Immediate Start.

Purpose:
- Implementation and administration of print and digital retention marketing
- Administer consumer communication processes
- Administer on-line customer services and digital magazine marketing via Online Customer Services Portal.

Responsible:
-Administer and deliver all print and digital renewal offers
-Manage on-line portal and digital magazine activation.
-Manage subscription fulfilment processes
-Manage on-line customer Services Portal for effective promotion and delivery of effective customer service
-Manage quality check processes for both calls and emails of external key suppliers

The suitable applicant MUST be familiar with on-line customer services management and digital marketing, have good numeracy skills, strong communication, with a good working knowledge of excel.

Ideally looking for a graduate with a marketing degree and 2 years+ working experience, specifically in retention marketing and a strong administrative background/organisational experience.
