For our client in ROTKREUZ we are looking for a MARKETING ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERT (50-60%) for a 13-MONTH contract.
DURATION: 2017-11-28 TILL 2018-12-31
LOCATION: ROTKREUZ
WORKLOAD: 50-60%
JOB PURPOSE:
Administrative support of Head OTC and Junior Product Manager in all marketing concerns. Independently carries out smaller projects (in collaboration with printers and advertising agencies) and is in charge of the payment process and other general administrative tasks. Carries out the OTC activities agreed upon under contract in close collaboration with KAM/ADM/RVL and pharmacies (in groups or chains).
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support for sales representatives: answering questions regarding OTC activities and promotional material
- Close collaboration with Key Account Management and pharmacies (in chains and groups) in the realization of the OTC activities agreed under contract
- Support in the planning, organization and preparation of promotional material (mailings, Folder, POS material, gadgets)
- Supporting the Head OTC and Junior Product Manager in OTC marketing activities
- Implementation and tracking of OTC activities
- Close collaboration with advertising agencies and printers: eg requesting and checking offers, issuing print approvals etc
- Responsible for advertising material: packing and dispatching promotional material, inspecting promotional materials stock
- Preparation of seasonal offers/cycle actions (eg order forms, fax mailings)
- Acquisition of orders in SAP
- Review and assignment of invoices, interface maintenance for Finance
- Taking over smaller projects (eg packaging, mailings, etc.)
- Assistance with the launch of new products
EDUCATION:
Completed commercial training or pharmaceutical assistant with appropriate further training. Willingness for further education in the field of marketing.
LANGUAGES: German, French & English, Italian is a plus
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience working with printers and advertising agencies
Basic knowledge of medicine is a plus
SAP knowledge is an advantage
