My Client, a Top Tier Investment Bank requires an experienced Market Risk Analyst to join their expanding risk management team. The Market Risk Analyst will be fully established in a risk management role at an investment bank and will have extensive prior experience. You will be focusing on the Equity and Equity Derivative business to ensure that accurate risk is reported for the positions taken by trading desks and measured against mandate limits.

The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of Global Capital Markets and an understanding of a wide range of financial products including Equities and Equity Derivatives

Essential technical experience for this role includes a deep knowledge and understanding of Value at Risk methods; Experience of analysing stress and scenario testing results; Excellent database design and in depth knowledge of MS Excel and VBA.
