Based in West London we are looking for Market Research Administrator/Analyst with good organisational and communication skills and have the ability to liaise with agencies and stakeholders. We are looking for someone one who worked in a retail environment who possess some experience in data analytics. You will be expected to retrieve and interrupt data to be presented to senior stakeholders. You will monitor the activities and feedback of mystery shoppers as well as general department costs. As part of your role you will also manage the response from surveys and help to set them up. You will Manage dashboard and power user tool approvals and user list and monitor monthly feeds from agencies into data warehouse. The suitable person will have some background within marketing and data analytics. There will be a lot of management of tasks and administration involved so you must be organised and able to communicate effectively.
