MARKETING MANAGER- TELECOMS, BROADBAND, FIBER DEPLOYMENT AND DUTCH SPEAKER

eCRM Euro are looking for a Marketing Manager for one of our clients based in The Netherlands, for a short term contract.

About the department:

The Regional Marketing department is responsible for commercial success in selected areas and regions on the consumer. These are areas where fiber is deployed, or where the copper network is improved. Objective is to increase the broadband market share and satisfied customers in these areas.

We do this by developing a regional approach for the Netherlands: also called marketing formula. We believe in an intensive local market approach works: each region is different, and therefore represents a different approach.

You are responsible for:

Achieving broadband market share objectives. This realize the one hand with a regional marketing towards new clients and by retaining current customers.- You develop and optimize this marketing formula, consider the campaigns, execute them and optimizes it at high speed to achieve the maximum result.

You hereby responds to customer insights and the financial goals and your underpins your plans based and fact-based regionals.

Operation of assigned large/major market segment with great dynamics.

Controls on customer value in the short and long term.

Develops market scenarios and new combinations of customer/product/service propositions.

Directs the decision and determine the marketing plans, including pricing.

Sends the operational marketing and performance-based KPI s and reports.

Manages large marketing projects.

Is officer for marketing and campaigns?

Seek cooperation with large co-sourcing partners.

Target-on to move (and specifically:% new portfolio turnover, market share, market leadership, share of wallet, churn, cross and upsell).
