Celcite Management Solutions provides wireless consulting services & customized network performance tools to wireless operators throughout the world.
We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager, to manage multiple software development projects delivering innovative applications which process record breaking volumes of data to deliver intelligence which drives the optimization and improvement to wireless networks.
This is a unique position in which the qualifying individual will be given significant latitude
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are looking for candidates with 12+ years of experience (US based and International)
- Must have excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Capability to Manage team of Engineers
- Must have very strong Ericsson equipment or NSN UMTS experience
- Solid understanding of Network Parameters and experience with tuning of these parameters
- Layer Management Strategy in multi technology network
- Customer Interfacing with senior technical management (Directors, VP, CTO)
- Should have worked on the new carrier optimization projects
- Should have a good command on RAN parameter changes
- Good knowledge of system topology and air interface parameters for at least UMTS technology
- Generate RF engineering related reports in Excel, Access.
- Monitoring and Analysis of post launch critical KPIs CS/PS Ret., CS/PS Acc., IRAT HO optimization, HSPA throughput, NON-HS power utilization etc
- Spanish/Portugese speaking is a plus
