Market Data Vendor Manager, Custody

My client a large bank are looking for a Market Data Vendor Manager ideally wih experience of cotract negotiation within a Custody or Securities Services envronement for a short term 3 month contract.
Tha candidate will be able to obtain the most cost effective market data services to meet business requirements.
An extensive knowledge of market data products and MDM.
Experience as both an Analyst and Sourcing would help.
