You shall hold regular 1:1's to help shape development of analysts through guidance and coaching and set up team objectives, manage individual performance reviews and development plans.

Market Data Contract Management

* Relationship management for a portfolio of HSBC's market data vendors
* Management of global agreements in conjunction with procurement and regional teams
* Ensures that HSBC leverages its global purchasing power through global coordination
* Define & implement allocation of costs of global agreements
* Good understanding of audit and compliance issues

Key experience

* Highly motivated with excellent people skills
* Experienced in Vendor Sourcing Management with expert knowledge of market data purchasing practices and processes
* Good understanding of the commercial terms and conditions of the major market data vendors
* Capable of tracking compliance to vendor license and data usage policies
* Extensive knowledge of Market Data products and experience of tools such as Excel, MDM, RPM and Crystal reporting
* Strong finance and administration skills
