IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Design and implement a market access strategy including creative approaches for new business models to position the customer as healthcare provider, lead market access of customer's products portfolio (incl. pipeline development) in the Swiss market under the most favorable conditions in terms of benefit assessment, reimbursement, pricing and market access relevant stakeholder management
-Development of sustainable business contacts within the payer environment, and promoting an image of professional expertise and ethics with customers, ensure competitive intelligence and provide recommendations
-Market access strategy
-Full mastering of the market access requirements
-Manage payer evidence development needed for successful market access
-Lead national pricing and reimbursement negotiations
-Representative of customer in price and reimbursement negotiation
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-University degree in Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine or Science
-A post graduate in sales/marketing, Master in health law & health economic an advantage
-German on native speaker level, fluent in English
-In-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, i.e. health policy, care structures, service provision, legal foundations
-Good understanding of economic aspects in healthcare, experience assessing medications
-Good understanding of medicine, understanding of clinical studies
-Conceptual thought and action
-Enthusiasm, focus on goals, flexibility, ability to work autonomously
-Strategic thinking and customer-oriented
