Market Access Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Develop and implement market access processes and provide technical expertise in reimbursement submissions
-Build and maintain relationships with health economic and other relevant opinion leaders as well as reimbursement agencies such as sick funds in collaboration with the VA & P Senior Manager
-Work in collaboration with Head of Value, Access & Policy to understand, implement and where possible influence policies to create an optimal business environment
-Responsibility for adopting the European market access materials (e.g. value repositories, cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models) in collaboration with HE

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Degree in Science with a good sense of business understanding from profound industry-relevant experience in a healthcare environment
-Solid project management skills for multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues to propose innovative solutions
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
-Strong cross-functional leadership within the organisation and ability to drive and influence peers in a complex (matrix) organisation
-Strong team player
-A degree or experience in Health Economics would be advantageous
-Expertise in oncology would be a strong advantage
