Projektbeschreibung

Our client is a Pharmaceutical organisation in need of a Market Access professional to work with an existing field-sales team, post-launch.

The assignment will involve:
- Working in partnership with the existing Market Access & Sales Team
- Reviewing & improving market access plans
- Helping the team to understand, map and engage with potential customers
- Ensuring the team is fully equipped to engage effectively with customers, in terms of knowledge & materials
- Helping the team to understand customer requirements & concerns
- Helping the team to understand funding issues
- Helping the team come up with effective solutions to customer issues, including value-add services
- High level customer interaction

This is not a direct people management position, but more of an influencing/support position. The role will involve working primarily in the field (South/SouthEast England), but also from home and sometimes in the office on occasion.

The initial assignment length is c. 3 months, with potential for extension.

Our client is looking for someone with considerable (Front End) market access experience, with both pre- and post-launch experience, excellent communication skiills, excellent account/business planning skills and a strong knowledge of the NHS. The ability to deliver, manage expectations and give feedback well are important.
