IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Coordinate the collection of topics for the Global MAP Team newsletter and other team communications as required
-Ensure the new MAP leads and deputies are enrolled in the Global MAP Team on-boarding sessions and ensure associated lists including email distribution lists and calendar invites are updated
-Support the MAP system group by performing user access requirements for the MAP tracking system
-Provide assistance regarding questions or issues with all matters related to MAP Team distribution lists and MAP Team meeting invites
-Update and maintain MAP Team RADA distribution lists
-Liaise with key stakeholders to support coordination of on-going MAP related meetings
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience in the pharmaceutical Industry required
-Exposure to pharmacovigilance (PV)
-Experience in coordinating communications and training activities within a PV environment
