Manufacturing Technician Job

A MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN is needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Baltimore, MD.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Cleanroom and sanitation processing
- Compression and Encapsulation
- Troubleshooting equipment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manufactures product according to SOPs and Batch Record instructions and takes responsibility for manufacturing a quality product including reviewing and overseeing the work of others.
- Perform highly technical Pharmaceutical processing including clean room operations to produce a sterile finished drug product, product formulation, and complex chemical processing
- Perform and oversees set-up, dismantling, cleaning, and advanced maintenance of equipment (for example steam quality testing)
- Inspect and assures equipment is in good repair and ready for production operations
- Ensure equipment maintenance is performed
- Complete cleaning and if applicable autoclaving and depyrogenation of equipment.
- Reviews autoclave cycle data to assure all necessary cycles were completed successfully per SOP requirements (Gliadel Only)
- Participate in departmental manufacturing processes and cross trains to support other departmental processes (such as area clearance)
- Train others on processes and procedures
- Review batch record and logbook entries and ensures documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
- Prepare new SOPs, reviews and edits SOPs, batch records and other documentation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- In depth knowledge of equipment and processes that allows for troubleshooting and improvement recommendations
- Prior experience sanitizing clean room areas
- Knowledge of US and EU GMP regulations.
