Manufacturing Technician

Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for a MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN to join our client, a world leader in the consumer goods industry, located in Rockville, MD.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare equipment for use in aseptic filling operation
- Execute aseptic filling and lyophilization utilizing isolator technology
- Perform visual inspection of filled vials
- Label and package of filled vials as per GMP regulations
- Execute daily tasks such as autoclaving material, inspection, vial washing
- Perform facility and equipment cleaning
- Record activities in batch documentation and equipment logbooks according to good documentation practices
- Assist in execution of validation protocols
- Timely reporting of equipment malfunction to manufacturing management
- Maintain an inventory of manufacturing supplies and order additional materials as necessary
- Author and revise SOP's

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- B.S. in scientific and Engineering discipline
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Trackwise
- Familiar with Aseptic Operations
