Manufacturing Scheduler

Progressive Global Energy are in partnership with an award winning oil and gas service company in Aberdeen in sourcing a talented manufacturing scheduler/planner.

JOB ROLE:

To monitor and manage capacity with the designated manufacturing representatives in order to allow timely release of work and execution of the manufacturing and assembly phases of the order fulfilment process. The position is a generic one allowing maximum flexibility within the department. Capacity planning

Responsible to Production Manager to run the company's systems to plan all material requirements to meet client expectations.

To co-ordinate internal disciplines to best serve deadlines.

To provide recommendations on continuous improvements to procedures and practices.

Provide support to the Production Manager in all aspects of project management and provide backup to various materials management disciplines.

REQUIREMENTS

Progressive's client would be looking for candidates with the following experience in or all of the below;

MRP planning

Scheduling & finite planning

Assembly planning & scheduling

Complete in-depth working knowledge of Manman MRP, Axapta, Dynamics AX, Sage, SAP, IBM Maapics, UDMS, QDC etc. Cad Cam experience on the Feranti CAM X system.

This is a full time position based in Aberdeen.
