MULTIPLE CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES
MANUFACTURING PROCESS ENGINEERS REQUIRED URGENTLY
18-24 MONTH CONTRACTS- BASED IN WORCESTERSHIRE
25-30 PER HOUR (LTD)

This first tier supplier of automotive components is currently undergoing a recruitment drive which will enable them to meet with their clients requirements. With an impressive client which includes BMW and Jaguar Landrover, they have secured an order book for the next 2 years and expect to grow their current workforce over coming years. Due to their current production and projects due to start production shortly they have identified a need for 6 manufacturing process engineers to join their busy team. The successful manufacturing process engineer will possess the following skills;
- Process improvement or continuous improvement experience
- A proven background in performing root cause analysis.
- Be familiar with the documentation surrounding process improvement
- A good background in manufacturing.

The role will involve;
This role will be working as part of the current manufacturing team, this will allow other engineersto support on other projects.
- Working as part of a small team alongsidequality engineers, logistics and operators
- Looking after a production line.
- Dealing with customer concerns for example poor layouts, machinery may not be working properly
- Meet up over quality concerns such as weld failings and missing parts to finished items
- Root cause analysis and problem solving on these issues.
- Implementing engineering change. This may be producing better documentation (SOP's), it may be developing training sessions, improving production layouts.
- Completing all relevant documentation- SOPs, PFMEAs, Process flows

The company will offer the successful manufacturing process engineer;
- A 18-24 month contract with a good chance of extensions
- Hourly rates of around 25-30 (Ltd)
