Yoh has nine (9) six (6) month plus contract opportunities for MANUFACTURING ENGINEERS to join our client in Laurel, MD

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day to day manufacturing support including production process and equipment troubleshooting, process documentation creation and updating, and production process improvement.
- This position will also have the opportunity to participate in transitioning processes to the company Production System (formerly Lean).
- Perform a number of cross-functional duties as needed to support production and ensure our products are manufactured to meet quality, reliability and cost requirements in addition to meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Job Qualifications:
- BS in an Engineering discipline. Minimum of three (3) years work experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Support, or Operations with at least one (1) year working in a medical products environment is preferred.
- Should have Pro E. experience.
- Familiar with general processes of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Temporary Change Orders (TCs), Product Rework.
- Knowledge of FDA Quality Systems Regulations.
- Experience in mechanical design including assembly layout, GD&T, tolerance and process capability stack-ups is also preferred.
- Familiar with general processes of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Temporary Change Orders (TCs), Product Rework.
- Knowledge of FDA Quality Systems Regulations.
- May require occasional travel.
- Overtime will be required as necessary.
- Must have safety glasses and safety shoes.
