Manufacturing Engineering Technician needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Cambridge, MA.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Work with the manufacturing engineer in different tasks such as technical support in: equipment/process troubleshooting, process improvement projects to improve productivity and reduce scrap, mfg. area machine/process layouts, validation protocols execution, first article layouts (FAL), on the job training for operators, cutting tool tests, process cycle time studies and special tasks or projects.
* Performs all duties with strict observance of company's procedures, GMP's, OCP's, SOP's, ZWI's, ZES's and other internal and external requirements or regulation.
* Manufacture and assembly of clinical and commercial products.
* Shipping procedures and documentation.
* Maintain records and clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
* Handling Demineralized Bone (Human Tissue), all training must stay current.
* Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice record keeping
* Knowledge of scientific equipment
* Execution of development and validation protocols for process changes
* Environmental monitoring
* Inventory cycle counting
* Proper safe handling of wastes considered to be hazardous
* Cross train in all Manufacturing Processes

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

* Certificate degree with 0 -2 years Experience.
* High school diploma with 2- 4 years experience.
* Meticulous, reliable, hard working individual, some knowledge of cGMP's is desirable.
* Knowledge in CNC and manufacturing process such as: Blueprint reading, CNC machine, Turning process, Milling process, grinding process, EDM process, Measurement instrument and gauge.
* General knowledge in CAD software is preferred.
* Knowledge in GMP and ISO is a plus.
* Team work and customer focus oriented.
* Good interpersonal skills.
