Manufacturing Engineering Technician Job

ELECTRO MECHANICAL ENGINEER needed for a cONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in ROCHESTER, MA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- AA in Technical Field
- Five (5) years of experience in Electro-Mechanical Assembly
- Process experience in fixture designn
- Robotic/automation
- Mechanical process equipment
- IPC Workmanship
- 3D Modeling Software (Creo and Pro E)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manufacturing Engineering Technician support services in support Operations Process Engineering Team
- Development of mechanical assembly processes including: integration of robotic and automation solutions, process documentation, and fixture fabrication.
- Support production validation builds on new processes
- Interface with manufacturing, engineering, vendor and subcontractor representatives.
- Support assembly processes for existing products, including: process improvements, general troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
- Services from subcontractor to support New Product/Process (NPI) - Process Engineering
- Projects. These projects currently include:

* 7850M IPA & HH VAA - Process Development and Validation
* MCMP - Process Development and Validation
* Daytona - Process Development and Validation
* 7850A - Process Development and Validation
* FSM - Process Development and Validation

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- AAS in technical field, with 5+ years of experience.
- Electro-Mechanical Assembly process experience including fixture design, robotics/automation, and mechanical process equipment.
- 3D Modeling Software experience for fixture/tooling design (CREO/PRO-E preferred)
- Willingness to work and learn in fast paced production environment.
- Experience with IPC workmanship standards, including IPC-610 and J-STD-001.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
