Manufacturing Engineering Manager

THE ROLE:

Reporting directly to the CEO as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager you will have full autonomy to drive changes and influence the site/business moving forward. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a growing organisation and committed to stay for the future. The role incorporates the following:

Project Management- Full lifecycle
A strong understanding and background in Manufacturing Engineering
Supplier/ Customer facing experience
Strong knowledge in the Aerospace sector
Leadership experience- the ability to influence not only direct reports but also people who do not directly work for you

The Person:

If you are an experienced Manufacturing/ Project/Engineering Manager with a strong background in the Aerospace Industry then this will be suitable. In addition to this you must bring a mixture of dedication, drive, determination, vision and fantastic communication skills. The importance of strong communication skills is paramount; especially important due to the ambassadorial nature of the role - you will act as the face of the company and be a point of contact for customers/ suppliers.

Salary (Negotiable dependent on experience)
