Manufacturing Engineer (Wafers/Reticles/Optics)

A very interesting position for an engineer who feels challenged in improving the production process to ensure product quality, short lead-times and 'short time to market' for Production.

Job Mission

Work preparation, focusing on introducing optical measurement tools for New Products in the module work centers.

Job Description

* Input for manufacturability of testing tool designs

* Analyse/review the Technical documentation from D&E for information and specifications needed for tooling

* Prepare procedures

* Implementation and training on the shopfloor regarding new optical test tooling.

* Owner of training packages regarding work preparation to shopfloor

Education

Bachelor degree within Physics and Optics area. Preferred is a background in optical measurement of Laser or other optical modules.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in:

* a production environment with high tech products and complex production processes, knowledge on wafers, reticles or optics

* work preparation

* motivating development into acceptable solution

* production of optical modules

* Very active, plenty of initiative
