Manufacturing Engineer Job

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - PCB (PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD) needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Hillsboro, OR.

- SMT process/rework

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for running DFm checks on PCB designs to insure fabrication and assembly specifications are following.
- Manufacturing Engineer will work with cross-functional engineering team to ensure design built into CAD tools prior to layout process.
- Manufacturing Engineer will help complete PCB FAB tape out packages to fabrications service providers.
- Manufacturing Engineer will assist engineers with label designs, deliver Manufacturing Engineering documentation to factory including assembly drawings, xy placement files, gerber data, FABMaster files to support product builds.
- Manufacturing engineer will work with CAD libraries to support land pattern design improvements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS in ME or related subject matter
- Five (5+) years knowledge of SMT processes and rework
- Five (5+) years knowledge PCB Fabrication rules for HDI designs
- Knowledge in assembly of HDI wireless type products
- MUST have experience with Allegro Design Tools Experience with vSure for DFx checking Gerber Data Analysis Tools
- AutoCAD basic design work and modification
- Microsoft Office Suite(in-depth knowledge of MS Excel)

- MS in ME or related subject matter
