Manufacturing Engineer - Irvine

I have a position for a manufacturing engineer in a well funded exciting medical device company. This is an amazing opportunity that you don't want to miss out on. Requirements: * Proven experience developing and executing product and process validation plans, protocols and reports. * Highly effective verbal and written skills, including technical writing. * Ability to adapt the validation model in a rapidly changing environment * Strong knowledge of GDP and regulatory requirements including ISO standards for Class III medical devices. * Writing Gap Analysis * Development and modification of manufacturing documentation. * Application of statistical and analytical methods such as SPC, Gage R&R, and DOE. * Project management and multitasking. * Self-motivated and capable of adhering to strict deadlines. * Flexibility to multi-task and develop innovative solutions Education and Experience: * · Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent scientific or engineering discipline. * · Minimum of 5 years experience in validation work with medical devices or biotech * · Class III medical devices highly desirable.
