Manufacturing Engineer - Indiana - Contract

A leading medical device company, located south of Indianapolis, is in need of a Manufacturing Engineer II to support a catheter project. The company is known for developing innovative cardiovascular devices and employs 20,000+ people.

The Manufacturing Engineer II will have the following responsibilities:

- Perform equipment documentation
- Write and execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
- Perform design verification testing
- Write component drawings and sub-assembly drawings
- Write test protocols

The Manufacturing Engineer II must meet the following requirements:

- B.S. Engineering or related field preferred (candidates with a 2 year technical degree may be considered)
- 3-5 years experience in a quality regulated industry preferred (medical device, automotive, defense)
- Familiar with quality systems
- Significant experience in process validation
- Excellent communicator
